Description

Anastrol (Anastrazole) is an oral non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor (AI) used to decrease serum estradiol levels. Anastrol binds to the aromatase enzyme inhibiting conversion of testosterone to estrogens; reducing serum estradiol and estrone levels. By reducing the aromatization of testosterone to estrogens Anastrazole can be used to reduce water retention.
